What We Believe
Nothing we see around us is here by accident. God created it all. The Bible is true. Sin is the problem: we are no longer right with God. We can never do enough good things to make it right with God. Jesus is the only answer. An amazing life comes for those who choose him. God is actively involved in each one of our lives. He wants us to produce good fruit. The church is God’s family, not perfect, but still his family. We live to give our resources to enlarge God's kingdom and impact our world.
We believe in the Apostle's Creed.
The Apostle's Creed
- believe in God the Father, Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth:
- And in Jesus Christ, his only begotten Son, our Lord:
- Who was conceived by the Holy Ghost, born of the Virgin Mary:
- Suffered under Pontius Pilate; was crucified, dead and buried: He descended into hell:
- The third day he rose again from the dead:
- He ascended into heaven, and sits at the right hand of God the Father Almighty:
- From thence he shall come to judge the quick and the dead:
- I believe in the Holy Ghost:
- I believe in the universal church: the communion of saints:
- The forgiveness of sins:
- The resurrection of the body:
- And the life everlasting. Amen.
